Summer Food Service Program
 
The Prince William County Public Schools is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided at eligible schools during their Summer School session. Meals will be available to those students enrolled in Summer School, as well as any children age 18 & under from the surrounding community who care to eat. Meals will be provided to all children without charge. Acceptance and participation requirements for the Program and all activities are the same for all regardless of race, sex, color, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, political affiliation, or against otherwise qualified persons with disabilities, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Nutri-Café Virtual Cafeteria - Students can visit our virtual cafeteria, select food items and compare their selections to USDA Nutrition Standards. As a result, they will learn how to make healthy food choices at school and home. 


The mylunchmoney.com service for prepayments into school cafeteria accounts is now available online. Please visit www.MyLunchMoney.com to log into your account or register for a new account.



MyLunchMoney.com    




The MyLunchMoney.com website will be available through June 20, 2015. Please log in to make final payments on accounts before that time. If the student is leaving the district or moving to a new school, please log in and make that change by clicking the student's name from the home page, then click the "change" link next to the school name you need to change. MyLunchMoney.com will become available again on August 15, 2015.

Refund requests may be sent to the following email address: millerrj@pwcs.edu
. If you request a refund, please remove your SmartPay option. Transferring of account balances to another student's account must also be done in writing, indicating student name to receive funds, student id #, school student attends, and student's date of birth.

NOTE: To receive email notification of low balances, please following the steps below:

1. From the home page, hover your mouse over "Account" and choose "My Profile".

2. Enter you email address under the "My Account Info" section.

3. Scroll down to the "Email Notifications Settings" box and place a check mark in the box that says "Please send me an email notification when my student(s) balance drops below $X.XX - enter the dollar amount threshold.

4. There are other options in this section such as notifying you when your credit card expires and notification for Pay As Your Go charges occur.
